TOWN OF HERMAN, DODGE COUNTY, WISCONSIN

NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the regular monthly meeting of the Town Board of Herman, Dodge County, Wisconsin, will be held on Tuesday, January 10, 2012 at 7pm at Herman School, N6409 Cty Hwy P.

AGENDA:

1. Call to order.
2. Approve agenda.
3. Public comments and appearances-15 minutes with 2 minutes per person. Additional public participation may occur on any agenda item at the call of the chair
4. Approve Operator’s License
5. Approve minutes of previous meetings

   December 20, 2011 – Conditional Use Permit and Year-end Town Board Meeting

1. Treasurer’s Report and communications thereof
2. Zoning Administrator’s report and communications thereof
3. Discuss and possible action on  Conditional Use Applications for Ed and Jill Scharf:
   1. To separate approximately 13.5 acres from the existing parcel and create a residential lot in an agricultural district under the Zoning Ordinance, Town of Herman, Dodge County, Wisconsin in the NW ¼ and SE ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 3
   2. To separate approximately 3 acres and the buildings from the existing parcel and create a new lot in an agricultural district under the Zoning Ordinance, Town of Herman, Dodge County, Wisconsin in the NE ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section3
4. Discuss and possibly act on Recycling center issues including but not limited to:
   1. The extended unavailability of the recycling center supervisor due to a work-related accident
5. Discuss and possibly act on roadwork including but not limited to:
   1. Shouldering town roads
6. Discuss and possibly act on a contingency plan if the Town of Herman dog catcher is unavailable and dog catching services are needed.
7. Discuss and possibly adopt Resolution 2012-01Combining Wards in the Town of Herman, Dodge County for Election Purposes Whenever Possible
8. Communications and petitions by Town Clerk
9. Discuss items for future meeting agenda inclusion
10. Approve payment of bills.
11. Read any correspondence.
12. Adjourn.

Town requests person requiring assistance to enable attendance and participation to provide at least 24 hour notice.

Members of the Plan Commission of the Town of Herman may attend the Town Board meeting to gather information regarding subjects for which the Plan Commission may have decision making responsibilities.  No discussion or action will be taken by the Plan Commission or its members at the Town Board meeting.
