NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the Town of Herman Plan Commission will meet on Tuesday, December 20, 2011, at 7pm at Herman School, N6409 Cty Hwy P.
The AmendedAgenda will include:

Approval of minutes of previous meetings.

For each Public Hearing:

Anyone speak for CUP.

Close public portion of hearing.

Zoning Administrator’s recommendation.

Commission deliberates

Commission makes advisory recommendation and votes.

A Public Hearing for a conditional use permit application by Edwin and Jill Scharf to separate approximately 13.5 acres from the existing parcel and create a residential lot in an agricultural district under the Zoning Ordinance, Town of Herman, Dodge County, Wisconsin in the NW ¼ and SE ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 3.

A Public Hearing for a conditional use permit application by Edwin and Jill Scharf to separate approximately 3 acres and the buildings from the existing parcel and create a new lot in an agricultural district under the Zoning Ordinance, Town of Herman, Dodge County, Wisconsin in the NE ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 3

A Public Hearing for the purpose to hear public comments on the proposed updates to the Town Zoning Map.

After Public Hearing (c) the Plan Commission will possibly discuss and possibly make recommendations regarding the proposed changes to the Town Zoning Map

Adjourn.
Immediately following the adjournment of the Plan Commission meeting, the Town Board will convene to consider the recommendations made by the Plan Commission and possibly act on them.
