NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the regular monthly meeting of the Town Board of Herman, Dodge County, Wisconsin, will be held on Tuesday, June 14, 2011 at 7pm at Herman School, N6409 Cty Hwy P.

AGENDA:

1. Call to order.
2. Approve agenda.
3. Public comments and appearances-15 minutes with 2 minutes per person.  Additional public participation may occur on any agenda item at the call of the chair
4. Dodge County District Attorney Kurt Klomberg to address the Town Board
5. Approve Liquor, Beer, Cigarette, and Operator Licenses
6. Approve minutes of previous meetings

   May 10, 2011 – Regular Monthly Town Board Meeting

   May 17, 2011 – Conditional Use Permit Hearing

1. Treasurer’s Report and communications thereof
2. Zoning Administrator’s report and communications thereof
3. Possibly hear from Recycling Center Supervisor
   1. Discuss and possibly act on Recycling Center issues               
4. Discuss and possibly act on roadwork including but not limited to:
   1. Maintenance on Green Rd and Swift Rd
   2. Acquiring additional help for road maintenance and other town maintenance work
5. Discuss Dodge County's redistricting plan for the Town of Herman Wards as a result of the 2010 census
6. Communications and petitions by Town Clerk
7. Discuss items for future meeting agenda inclusion
8. Approve payment of bills.
9. Read any correspondence.
10. Adjourn.

Town requests person requiring assistance to enable attendance and participation to provide at least 24 hour notice.

Members of the Plan Commission of the Town of Herman may attend the Town Board meeting to gather information regarding subjects for which the Plan Commission may have decision making responsibilities.  No discussion or action will be taken by the Plan Commission or its members at the Town Board meeting.
