TOWN OF HERMAN, DODGE COUNTY, WISCONSIN

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Town of Herman Board of Appeals on Monday, January 17, 2011, at 8:00pm at Herman School on the request of Pat Weber to build an outbuilding in front of a principal structure in Section 25. All persons interested are invited to attend and be heard. Board members and Plan Commission members may be in attendance at this hearing.

THE AGENDA WILL INCLUDE:

1. Call to order.
2. Appoint Secretary.
3. Approve the minutes of previous hearing.
4. Read notice of hearing.
5. Chairman gives brief explanation of Rules of Order.
6. Applicant gives his presentation.
7. Anyone speak in favor.
8. Anyone speak against.
9. Close the public portion of the hearing.
10. Building Inspector gives his opinion.
11. Board deliberates.
12. Board makes decision and votes.
13. Board announces decision or recesses to inspect the site.
14. Adjourn.

Members of the Town Board and Plan Commission of the Town of Herman may attend the meeting to gather information regarding subjects for which the Town Board or Plan Commission may have decision making responsibilities. No discussion or action will be taken by these governmental bodies where it may have decision making responsibilities.
