TOWN OF HERMAN, DODGE COUNTY, WISCONSIN

NOTICE IS HEREBY given that a meeting of the Town Board of Herman, Dodge County, Wisconsin, will be held on Tuesday, December 20, 2011, immediately following the Plan Commission Board Meeting at 7pm, at Herman School, N6409 Cty Hwy P.

AGENDA:

1. Call to order.
2. Approve agenda.
3. Approve minutes of previous meetings
   1. November 15, 2011 – Public Budget and Special Town Board Meeting
   2. December 14, 2011 – Regular Monthly Town Board Meeting
4. Discuss and possible action on  Conditional Use Applications for Ed and Jill Scharf:
   1. To separate approximately 13.5 acres from the existing parcel and create a residential lot in an agricultural district under the Zoning Ordinance, Town of Herman, Dodge County, Wisconsin in the NW ¼ and SE ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 3
   2. To separate approximately 3 acres and the buildings from the existing parcel and create a new lot in an agricultural district under the Zoning Ordinance, Town of Herman, Dodge County, Wisconsin in the NE ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section3
5. Discuss and possible action on renewing a Condition Use Permit for David Stein granted January 18, 2011 for the purpose of building a residential structure in an agricultural district under the Zoning Ordinance, Town of Herman, Dodge County, Wisconsin in NW ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 31
6. Discuss and possible action on  proposed changes to the Town of Herman Zoning Map as presented during  the public hearing held on November 15 and December 20 2011
7. Treasurer’s Report and communications thereof  
8. Approve payment of bills.
9. Discuss and amend 2011 budget to close 2011 financial books to zero out accounts
10. Communications and petitions by Town Clerk
11. Discuss items for future meeting agenda inclusion
12. Read any correspondence.
13. Adjourn.

Members of the Plan Commission of the Town of Herman may attend the Town Board meeting to gather information regarding subjects for which the Plan Commission may have decision making responsibilities.  No discussion or action will be taken by the Plan Commission or its members at the Town Board meeting.
