TOWN OF HERMAN, DODGE COUNTY, WISCONSIN

NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the regular monthly meeting of the Town Board of Herman, Dodge County, Wisconsin, will be held on Tuesday, February 14, 2012 at 7pm at Herman School, N6409 Cty Hwy P.

AGENDA:

1. Call to order.
2. Approve agenda.
3. Public comments and appearances-15 minutes with 2 minutes per person. Additional public participation may occur on any agenda item at the call of the chair
4. Herman Hornet’s 4-H member Becky Schulz to address Town Board regarding Dodge County 4-H’s plans to build a new small animal building at the Dodge County Fairgrounds and discuss the 4-H asking for funding donations from the municipalities in Dodge County to help with this project
5. Discuss and possibly approve a monetary donation to the Dodge County 4-H small animal building project
6. Approve minutes of previous meetings
   1. January 10, 2012 – Regular Monthly Board Mtg
7. Treasurer’s Report and communications thereof
8. Zoning Administrator’s report and communications thereof
9. Discuss and possibly act on Recycling center issues including but not limited to:
   1. Possibly setting a date for spring clean-up
10. Discuss and possibly act on roadwork
11. Discuss and possibly adopt Ordinance 12-01 Amending the Zoning Ordinance, Town of Herman Zoning Map – Town Board already adopted updated Zoning Map during last month’s meeting, Dodge County Land Resources and Parks Department and Dodge County Supervisors request the adoption be done by ordinance.
12. Communications and petitions by Town Clerk
13. Discuss items for future meeting agenda inclusion
14. Approve payment of bills.
15. Read any correspondence.
16. Adjourn.

Town requests person requiring assistance to enable attendance and participation to provide at least 24 hour notice.

Members of the Plan Commission of the Town of Herman may attend the Town Board meeting to gather information regarding subjects for which the Plan Commission may have decision making responsibilities.  No discussion or action will be taken by the Plan Commission or its members at the Town Board meeting.
